In order to print, it is essential that you:
You only need your physical NOVACard the first time you pay for printing, so that you can register/associate it to your account. After you have associated your card, you can manually login to the printer and print, provided that you have money on your NOVACard account, although it is quicker and easier to swipe or tap your NOVACard at the printer.
In whichever program you are printing from, go to File > Print, select either ACEPrint BW or ACEPrint color from the printer options. After clicking "Print," wait for the box to pop up on the screen which asks you to enter your MyNOVA username and password. Swipe/Tap your NOVACard at any printer.
You can also upload your document from anywhere by using the ACEPrint My Print Center.
