Check the Group Study Guide for information on what group study space is available at each campus. Make sure to read all the information provides to understand the rules and policies for the group study rooms at each campus as they may differ.

Click on the green 'Reservation' button on the page of the guide that corresponds with the library you wish to make a reservation at. 

Note: The Manassas Campus Library does not require reservations for group study rooms.

 

How to Book a Study Room or Digital Media Studio Computer

Group study rooms and Digital Media Studio computers can be booked in half-hour increments (two increments=one hour, four increments=two hours).

1.  Click on the green space next to any available study room (unavailable study rooms are indicated by a blue square.) Use your mouse to hover over the space to view the room/media computer, date, and time. To view more information about the study room/media computer, hover over the 'Information' icon.

         

To book a space for two hours, click on four rectangles next to the study room option. To book a space for one hour, click on two rectangles.

To delete a reservation time, click on the trash can next to the study room/media center computer date and time.

      

2.  Agree to the terms of use.

3.  Fill in your information including name, email, student ID #, and number of people in your group.  In order to book a room, you must use your email.vccs.edu or nvcc.edu email address.

4.  Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your reservation.

5.  Check in with your NOVA Card at the Circulation or Reference desk when you arrive.
