Even if your campus library does not have a particular item, other NOVA campus libraries might have a copy you can request to borrow. Alternatively, you can use your borrowing privileges at George Mason University if they have a copy of the item.  A third option would be to ask a librarian if other non-NOVA libraries carry the item and request it through Interlibrary Loan.

If you find an item in the Library Catalog that is available at another NOVA campus library, you can request that item to be sent to your campus.

First, login to your Library Account.

In the top right corner of the catalog website, click Sign In.

Enter your MyNOVA (Canvas) username and password and click "Sign In."

Find the item you want to request and click on the Available at link at the bottom of the item listing.

Click Request and fill out the item request form to have the item sent to your campus. You will be notified by e-mail when your requested materials arrive at the campus you designated. Requested materials are available at the circulation desk for check out with your NOVACard.
